marathon training.....

well, its been awhile since i last updated....my gosh.... well lately started full time marathon training...and yes it is KILLING THE LEGS .....

not forgetting the bloody weak HEART and LUNGS! hahaha dunno how to survive....

we may never meet again...but yet...

yupz...time do past quite fast....it only seem yesterday when we were at primary, secondary, JCs and Polys then Unis.....

manz....time sure fly....and when i just browse thru the pics of my frens posted on facebook or friendster...can't help but think everyone i know are at least safe and sound =) its never more heartening to know that they are well...even though we may never meet again....but yet....

moving forward

yupz....now i should be full speed ahead in the career dept.... after a good break...settling some small stuffs here & there...

its time... the world should feel the ground-breaking movement i'm going to create =)
